As designated by the County Commissioners, the Seminole Cultural Arts Council is the local arts agency that supports and nurtures the cultural and artistic needs of the county.
The Council promotes the arts through various publications, newsletters, and website and sponsors quality events such as the Concert at the Springs, Lake Mary/Heathrow Arts Festival, Scottish Highland Games and more.
Each year, the Council provides workshops and seminars and allocates funding for art related grants and the Seminole County Government Art in Public Places program.
On behalf of the Seminole Cultural Arts Council, we would like to invite you to join us at the “Hoooowl for the Arts” 2007. Events such as this help ensure our quality of life and promote community growth and goodwill.
