Joan has 30 years of experience as an employee benefit consultant, specializing in health insurance.
 
Dale will provide a comparison of the House and Senate bills and how it may impact businesses if the bill is passed in the current form.  Joan will also address the proposed COBRA extension and what that means to employers. The bill is expected to be signed by President Obama and effective 1/1/2010.
