Gina is passionate about outplacement consulting and recruiting, small business coaching and HR Training. She grew up in English Estates and went to school in Casselberry, She knows that many small employers are focused on the bottom line revenue and sometimes lose sight of the impact good employees make in adding to the bottom line or disgruntled employees make in negatively affecting the bottom line.

Gina has worked as a Human Resource Manager in corporate America and has worked for some of the top outplacement firms, helping people with employment issues.
 
In addition to outplacement work, she is also engaged in HR Training, Coaching and Consulting and speaks to groups about various workplace issues.
 
The  presentation will include such aspects as compensation /pay, job security, management recognition of employee performance, opportunities to use employees skills and abilities, and feeling safe in the environment.
 
Additionally, Gina will talk about employee retention and how employees can positively and negatively affect customer traffic.
