- For over 10 years, Leadership Seminole www.leadershipseminole.org has succeeded in educating existing and potential community leaders about issues important to Seminole County and the region.
- By doing so, they believe community leaders will focus on issues facing Seminole County and its position in the region, reach a better understanding of community needs, and find ways to apply this knowledge to improve the Seminole County region.
- Sandi Vidal has over 10 years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience as well as 20 years of Management and Leadership Experience.
- She loves public speaking and has spoken for LSSHRM , CFEC, Rotary Clubs and many schools.
- Her passion is helping people find work and improving their skills.
- Sandi is married and has 3 children, Alexa-15, Adrianna-13, and Nathan -10.
- In her free time she coaches cheerleading with Pop Warner and is an avid reader.
