As the Executive Director at the SafeHouse of Seminole, Ms. Gold heads an agency dedicated to providing safety, safe haven and assistance to victims of domestic violence and their children. 

Jenne Gold has an extensive background in helping victims.  After completing a law degree in New York City, Jeanne moved to Florida, was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar in 1989, and joined the Seminole County State Attorney’s Office.  Jeanne spent many years prosecuting domestic violence perpetrators, three of those years as the Domestic Violence division chief.

 Jeanne joined the board of directors at Safehouse eleven years ago.  She has also been a director for Central Florida Legal Services. She served many years as a Guardian Ad Litem in Orange County’s Attorney Program, was committee chair for the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, a member of the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association, the Seminole County Law Enforcement Association and the Florida Bar Needs of Children Committee.
