Start the new year off right! The Casselberry Chamber Business Luncheon is a great place to start networking. 

January's luncheon will be a panel discussion on what 2017 holds in store for the business community. Panelists will share their thoughts on various topics that will influence the growth opportunities throughout the year.

Mario L Castellanos possess over thirty-five years of business experience in several communications technology sectors. His current positions include CEO of Spincast, a new TV Network with original content available through an app on any smart-TV and smart mobile device. In addition, he is President of New Ventures Technologies, a business services company specializing in rapidly acquiring new customers on behalf of brands in a variety of vertical markets within several technology sectors. He has taken on an advisory roll but until recently, he was the COO and EVP for UK based CNIguard, a US DHS safety act qualified and UK CPNI approved manufacturer of the only wireless anti-terrorism technology platform of its kind to greatly enhance the safety and security of critical infrastructure. His current industry involvement includes government, utilities, broadcast media, telecommunications, security systems, transportation, energy and all facets of critical national infrastructure.  His business experience includes international operations, lead and revenue generation, business development, sales conversion, performance tracking, marketing channel optimization, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and change management. He also holds both FBI and DHS security clearances.

Pamela Lynch relocated to the Central Florida area in 1999. She attended Indiana University at the Kelley School of Business, which is historically ranked as one of the top business schools in the country, where she majored in Business Administration. Her background includes 9 years of public sector Economic Development experience and 21 years of private sector experience, primarily in the real estate field, including land acquisitions, land development, property management, purchase and sale of real estate, and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. Pamela?s economic development experience includes helping to secure some of the largest economic development projects in the Central Florida region, resulting in the creation of thousands of new high paying jobs.  She manages the County?s economic development and community redevelopment agency activities within the Seminole County Manager?s Office. Her primary focus is working with businesses to recruit, retain, and expand them within Seminole County.

Joel Helfer, Talk Show Host of ""The Main Street Mavericks."  Joel Helfer enjoyed a 40-year career in the commercial glass and glazing industry in Chicago; and was a partner in 5 multi-million dollar glass and glazing, manufacturing and distribution businesses. He was elected President of the Illinois Glass Association in 1979 and founded the National Glass and Metal Hall of Fame in 1985, with Debra Levy, CEO of Key Communications.
 
After selling his business in 2010, he began looking for a new career and started working in digital media. He was a Radio Producer with 560 AM Radio in Chicago for two years. His first book, Get Published and Grow Your Business, became an Amazon #1 National Best Seller. He has written numerous articles for many trade publications, most recently Small Business Edge Magazine and Small Business Trendsetters.
 
Helfer has been quoted in feature articles in over 150 digital websites, including ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, the Miami Herald, The Boston Globe, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram as well as hometown newspapers, The Daily Herald and The Chicago Sun-Times.
