James Oscar Williams is a Client Partner with FranklinCovey, one of the nations Top 20 Leadership companies. He currently works with organizations throughout Central Florida and Jacksonville to help them achieve their most important goals around leadership, productivity, and engagement. James’ professional background also includes 10 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, and marketing.  
 
James received his MBA in 2011 with a concentration in marketing from Nova Southeastern University and earned a Bachelor’s of Public Relations in
2004 from Florida A&M University. He considers himself a “student for life” and enjoys reading social science and leadership books.
 
Throughout his career, clients have recognized James as a skilled communicator. What makes him unique is his ability to connect individuals from the C-­‐suite to the frontline. He credits being a good listener as the key to his success in working with clients.
