This month's speaker is Charlie Walsh, President HOPS International LLC, International Center for Organizational & Leadership Excellence. 

As President and Managing Director of HOPS International LLC and founder of The International Center for Organizational & Leadership Excellence, Charlie Walsh and his international team provide a comprehensive range of innovative Organizational and Leadership Development services to a variety of industries – public and private sector alike. Charlie and his team are currently providing direct consulting services in the areas of Organizational and Leadership Development, Strategic Alignment and Executive Coaching to a variety of domestic and international organizations. Recognized internationally as a leader in the field of Organizational and Leadership Development, Charlie recently founded The International Center for Organizational & Leadership Excellence which will officially launch in December 2014. The Center will serve as the international hub and “think tank” for promoting organizational and leadership excellence around the globe. Charlie also serves as Senior Associate Partner and OD Consultant with the Employer’s Association Forum, Inc. with direct responsibility for all Organizational, Leadership, and Management Training & Development programs for EAF’s 750 member organizations and their 300,000+ employees.
