Derrick Van Linton with Colonial Life and Accident Insurance will be our speaker. Derrick Van Linton, born and raised in New York, started working in the insurance industry in 2008. He represented several companies however his heart was in work place benefits, because it is B2B. He first joined Colonial in 2009, due to sick parents who subsequently had their home coming, he was forced to take a few years away from the industry. In June of 2015, he moved to Florida. In the end of 2015 he re-joined Colonial and feel's that he found a home due to the fact that the company motto is to “CHANGE LIVES”. The only way for Derrick to get out of life what he wants is to help enough people get what they want.
His topics will be:
1. How an employer can simplify the administration of employee benefits by employing benefit counseling.
2. What are work place benefits?
3. How to protect your income.
4. Is disability insurance necessary?
