Prior to her current position\, she managed the Small Business Development Center at SSC\, assisting clients in starting\, and growing their small businesses. As the owner of two Seminole County businesses over the past 25 years\, Broadway Dancewear\, a retail dance boutique\, and Wonderfaux Designs\, a custom decorative painting company\, Amy learned firsthand what it took to be successful. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa\, double majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. She served as captain of the UT women's swim team\, and was named an NCAA two-time All American. She completed her MBA from Western Governors University in early 2018.\n\n\n\nAmy served as Chair of the Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors\, and is an active member of the Seminole Regional Chamber of Commerce\, the Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce\, Leadership Seminole\, and the Village Council for youth who have aged out of foster care.
