Event Description:
True Health, a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate seven service delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes seven neighborhood health centers. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee scale to those that are uninsured, we accept Medicare and Medicaid, and over 25 major health and HMO insurance plan. Annually we proudly serve over 40,000 unduplicated patients with over 101,000 encounters.
We are excited to share a glimpse of our Casselberry location with you on April 14th from 6 – 7:30 PM. During this afterhours event you will have the opportunity to learn more about the work that True Health is doing to create healthier communities through life changing care, including a tour of our facility. This location proudly provides adult and pediatric primary care, dental, and express walk-in service!
