Casselberry Chamber Business Luncheon
Dr. William Callarman is currently a resident of the city of Casselberry, and effectively has demonstrated throughout his life the meaning of being a servant leader through volunteering hours of time investing in others, to assist them in becoming a success. Dr. Callarman become a member of Alpha Kappa Psi in 1962 at West Texas State University. He received his MBA in 1967 and his PHD is 1972. He started at UCF in 1974 as the director of the management program in the College of Business Administration. He was part of the selection committee that interviewed and selected Dr. Hitt to become UCF’s President. In 1991 he became the Faculty Advisor for the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, a role he still holds today. He also created the cornerstone program at UCF, which all business students are aware of this course. Dr. Callerman is also very active in his church and has participated in several mission trips and currently coaches 3 different youth soccer teams. He was also on the Board of Directors for Alpha Kappa Psi for the past 8 years. He retired from UCF over a decade ago and has been given the prestigious title of Associate Professor Emeritus at the University of Central Florida.
