A Sandler devotee since 1983, Eric Shulman brings over 5 decades of sales experience to the table (he started when he was VERY young!).  Eric is a serial entrepreneur selling both tangible and intangible products and services in both business to business and the business to consumer world.  After building and selling several businesses on his own, he opened the Sandler Training center in Orlando in 2003.
Eric started his sales career building and running a successful chain of music stores as manager, marketing director and lead sales person.  He started National List Council, a direct marketing company in 1980.  3 years later, he had one employee and was “making a living” when one of his clients dropped a Sandler manual on his desk.  In the next 3 years, utilizing the Sandler process, he grew the business to 17,000 square feet with over 50 employees and he was doing 95% of the sales himself.  He sold that company and joined a retail wedding cake business.  In 6 months, again using the Sandler System, he grew Sprinkles Custom Cakes from 1 employee doing 4 cakes per month to 7 employees doing 15 to 20 per week at double the price!  After selling that company, he then led a national sales force selling business consulting again using the Sandler System.  His close ratio was 4 to 5 times the company average.  When his earnings potential capped out in 2002, he knew Sandler was the key to his success.  He opened his Sandler office on April 1, 2003 and has never looked back.
Eric has been recognized in every industry he’s chosen.  In his 15 years with Sandler, he’s received every award up to and including the Diamond Level.  He was chosen as Sandler’s Rookie of the Year after just 8 months in the business.  He’s been a featured speaker for local, regional and national events and works with the University of Central Florida in their Professional Selling Program.  He was honored to be invited for a 2^nd time to be the keynote speaker at their graduation ceremony in 2019.  He was awarded a Gold Addy, the Ellis Award and Direct Mail Person of the year in his marketing career and he was Salesman of the Year for 4 years running in his business consulting career.  If it’s about Sales, Eric is the acknowledged expert in Orlando. His long-term student actually call him Yoda (but he’s a little taller than that!)
